Or our staff will come to collect money directly at your place (free in districts 1, 2, 3, Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh City), the rest will be charged depending on the distance.

Instructions for canceling and changing flights

In case you want to change or cancel your booked trip, please call directly (+84) 933993364 - (+84) 909350164.

Our staff will confirm the order code and assist you in canceling or changing to another trip.

In order to ensure fairness for both passengers and Hai Tue Car Rental service, we would like to stipulate a penalty fee (as a % of the trip price) when passengers request to change or cancel a trip based on the number of hours before departure time (the difference between the time of change or cancellation and the departure time) as follows: Cancellation or change of trip for cheap one-way cars: No cancellation or change of trip.

Change flight 24 hours before departure: penalty 50% of total contract value or 100% deposit.
Cancellation: penalty of 100% of total contract value or 100% deposit.

Cancel or change trip for one-way service vehicles and package contract vehicles:

Change flight 24 hours before departure: penalty 30% of total contract value.
Cancellation before 24 hours of departure: penalty of 50% of total contract value or 100% deposit

Cancel or change trip for self-driving cars and wedding cars:

Change flight 24 hours before departure: penalty 30% of total contract value or 50% deposit.
Cancellation 24 hours before departure: 50% fee of total contract value or 100% deposit.

For Hai Tue Car Rental, when canceling a trip, we will be responsible for finding another trip that meets the customer's requirements or compensating with the same value as above. Hai Tue Car Rental would like to sincerely thank you for using our service!

Step 2 : Hai Tue Car Rental receives and verifies information as soon as possible and provides a solution to notify the customer.

Step 3a : If an agreement is reached in step 2, the dispute ends.

Step 3b : In case the desired agreement is not reached in step 2, the case will be brought to the competent People's Court for settlement or transferred to a legal agency for settlement in accordance with current law.
